Hey guys we really need to start practicing together. The only way we can become 1 and become a legit contender in scrims is to practice together. This is so we can learn the goods and bads of each other and the habits people tend to do. Like everyone knows my ass will be the first to buy an awp and egg someone on to try and kill me. Im a cocky son of a bitch with an awp in my hand. Thats my good and my habit. My bad is im horrible with AK/M4, probably cuz I never use them and I have a bad habit of rushing because I get anxious. This is all vital information when scrimming. So come on people, lets start practicing and getting to know each other. Thanks.

i lead a cal team and u do need pratice with not of skils as much but workign as a team and knowing to cover thier backs and how and also all doing wat strat was intended for and exicute it all and be efficient and ull be good to go and u have to have a good clickign 5 not no 5 that are good but fight all the time lolz

and make a schedule and have ppl fill in when they can

make inhouse scrim mandatory.. practice together... play against each other.. know the maps/spots....

thats what i recomment to a big team... stop recruting people who's interest is only to pub/admin.. recruit those who wants to learn how to scrim....

couple days per week if possible.. dont even think of trying to find a different scrim unless u dont have 10...
